Safe and Secure Delivery: Your order will be shipped using trusted carriers such as PostNL or DHL. The delivery duration may vary depending on your location. Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Rest assured, all our packages are insured during transit. It’s essential that you personally receive the package as RROJA Jewels cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or stolen after delivery. In the event your package is returned due to your unavailability, RROJA Jewels may charge you for redelivery expenses.
Lost Tracking Number or Delivery Issues: If you don’t receive an email with your tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder. In case you lose your tracking number or if the delivery status remains unchanged for an extended period, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. If any problems arise, we’ll liaise with the carrier to address the issue with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
Package Inspection: Before accepting the delivery, we recommend inspecting your parcel. If you notice any damage to the package due to transit, it’s advisable to reject receipt and promptly file a claim with the carrier.
Delivery Address: Please be aware that our deliveries can only be made to physical residential or business addresses. Kindly note that couriers are unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes, and such packages cannot be insured. If you prefer your package to be sent to a P.O. box, please understand that RROJA Jewels cannot assume responsibility for potential delays, lost packages, or address modifications. If you require your order to be shipped to an address different from the billing address, ensure you provide the necessary delivery details when placing your order.
For security reasons, it’s crucial to note that shipping and billing address information cannot be altered after you’ve placed an order. If you won’t be available at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, we recommend reaching out to our customer support services. In certain cases, we may be able to postpone the shipment to accommodate your schedule.
