At RROJA Jewels, we are deeply committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with our products. Our aim is to provide high-quality items, and we offer a straightforward return and warranty policy to support this commitment.
Warranty:
- All RROJA Jewels products come with a generous two-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If your item is found to have such a defect, we will repair it at no cost, provided it meets the warranty conditions. For repair requests, please contact us. The repair process also takes about 25 business days. Remember not to send complementary items such as gift boxes or certificates, as these will not be returned after the repair. Having your item repaired by a third party will void your two-year warranty.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- The warranty only covers defects originating from the manufacturing process and doesn’t include damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized servicing, or normal wear and tear.
- It becomes void if the item has been altered in any way by a third party, such as another jeweler, aside from RROJA Jewels.
- If any part of the jewellery, including stones, chains, or clips, becomes detached, you must return all parts for repair. We are not responsible for missing components or stones.
- The two-year warranty is not transferable to a third party.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- Scratches, dents, or chipping due to general wear or misuse.
- Damage from bent, caught, or worn-out prongs that allow a stone to fall out due to negligence.
- Lost or stolen stones.
- Items that have been abused or worn outside of normal, everyday use.
Please note that certain characteristics, such as slight irregularities in craftsmanship or natural features of the metal or gemstones, are inherent to the item and are not considered defects.
Returns/Refund:
All our goods are considered “goods made to the consumer’s specifications,” as defined in Article 2(4) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Here’s why:
Non-prefabricated goods: The goods have not yet been manufactured at the time of the order and will only be produced after the customer has made their individual choices.
Individual choice or decision by the customer: The customer makes specific choices about important characteristics of the goods, such as material color, gold content, silver content, natural or laboratory-grown diamonds, diamond clarity, and size. This results in a unique product made specifically for that customer.
These specific customizations make the jewelry unique and personal to the customer. This means the product is difficult to resell to another customer in the same form. Therefore, such a product falls under the exemption of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as defined in Article 16(c) Exceptions from the right of withdrawal, and is not subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
The same applies to the purchase of loose gemstones.
This means that we do not accept returns.
